Unical Systems is the author and
publisher of the software Advocate-diary.com, and all variants, editions,
add-ons, and ancillary products or services of Advocate-diary (including all
files and images contained in or generated by the software, and accompanying
data, together the “Software”). Advocate-diary Software is used at by Advocates
and their staff to find, manage and organise information including but not
limited to personal or non-personal information, case information,
appointments, and accounting details. All users of the Advocate-diary Software -
the Advocates, and the visitors of Website are together termed as “Users”.

may share some of the aggregate findings (not the specific data) with
advertisers, sponsors, investors, strategic partners, and others in order to

(that is not sensitive personal data or information) that is used by
advocate-diary and its service providers for the technical administration of the
Website, research and development, and for User administration. In the course of
serving advertisements or optimizing services to its Users, Unical Systems may
allow authorized third parties to place or recognize a unique cookie on the
User’s browser. Unical Systems does not store personally identifiable
information in the cookies.
6.8 Unical Systems allows other companies, to serve
advertisements to the Users. These companies include but not limited to third
party ad servers, ad agencies, ad technology vendors and research firms. Unical Systems
may display advertisements to Users that fit a certain general
profile criteria (“Targets”). Unical Systems does NOT use personally
identifiable information to identify Targets for advertising on its Services.
